Saturday January 7, 2012 saw over 30 MedVent youth and advisors from across Canada, Halifax to Edmonton, gather at York EMS Headquarters in Newmarket ON for the first ever MedVent Roundtable. The goal of the day was to meet other MedVents; discuss the MedVent program and how we can make it better.

On Saturday, January 7, 2011, MedVents from all across Canada got together to discuss anything and everything related to the program. During the event, we were able to go to a separate boardroom, where we were given the opportunity to speak freely with other youth members in the program.
 

166th Blue Quill Scout Group adds a MedVent program.

Congratulations to our newest member to the Medical Venturer (MedVent) family. The 166th Blue Quill Scouts, located in Edmonton Alberta, have added a Medical Venture Company to their Scout Group in the fall of 2011.
 

MedVents at Pacific Jamboree 2011 (PJ'11)

MedVents from across Canada are helping out at the Pacific Jamboree 2011, taking place on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.  Check out the excellent news published on the jamboree site at pj2011.ca

In particular, the MedVents were featured in the video published by The Shire Nightly News 2011 on July 10.
